Service Care Solutions are committed to providing the best possible experience for all of our contractors, we are continually looking at ways that we can improve the services we offer to ensure complete satisfaction.

We do this in a number of different ways……..

Single point of contact – this is a very simple service we offer but one that brings so many benefits to both contractors and SCS as an organisation. We guarantee that from first point of contact through to the beginning and end of an assignment, you will have a single point of contact who will be available to you should any issues arise. This means that when you need to call us, you can be safe in the knowledge that your consultant will be fully aware of your situation which will lead to a swift resolution for you. If you’re consultant is on annual leave, they will have prepared a detailed handover for their nominated colleague to ensure your needs are covered at all times. Such a simple service to offer but one we find to be extremely effective.

Referral fees – at SCS we operate a referral system so we can reward YOU for any referrals that lead to a successful placement. You may have a friend or family member who is looking for work and just needs a break, do not hesitate to give them our contact details so we can speak to them about the numerous roles we have available, if they are successfully placed and complete 13 weeks in assignment then you will receive £250 as a thank you from us.

Loyalty Scheme – after gathering feedback from our contractors, the SCS Loyalty Scheme was launched in November 2014 as a way for us to give a little back to all the contractors who have continued to work with SCS. Points are awarded based on time spent on assignment with us, you are then able to go onto our online catalogue and use your points to buy items, you can save up your points or just use them as you get them, the choice is yours!!

Training budget – SCS really believe in offering the best services possible to our contractors to enable them to successfully complete assignments and continue their employment journey. We decided we can assist in this further by offering an annual training budget of £250 for all contractors on assignment. This has allowed us to provide extra training and better opportunities for our contractors and help us to develop new and old skills when on assignment.
