Service Care Solutions provide to a range of Supported and Community Living Services, designed for Service Users to retain independence, whilst under the best possible care of our highly experienced and knowledgeable candidates.

We recognise that there are a wide range of Supported Living Services, from Elderly and Dementia to Learning Disability and Mental Health, and as such are specialist teams tailor the recruitment and selection of candidates to the individual needs of the service users.

The safeguarding and welfare of the service users under our care is of the upmost importance, and as such we adopt a thorough vetting and selection process to ensure that our candidates are of the highest quality. This includes:

  • Fully Enhanced DBS checks – including Children’s Barred.

  • Face to Face Interviews with our specialist consultants and clinical leads

  • Mandatory training in line with Skills for Care, CQC and specific home guidelines

  • Verified proof of qualifications

  • Full work history verified with employment references checked and verified

  • Our Supported Living teams are committed to offering a round the clock service for any last minute or urgent support.

  • We understand that short notice cover is often required and pleased to offer a 24 hour on call service for our clients needs.
