Firstly​​, how long have you been with Service Care?

I joined in July 2015.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

Prior to Service Care I was an Area Manager at Aldi.

​What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I work in the Sales and Business Support division which covers a wide range of roles within both the private and public sector. I recruit and source candidates all over the country in roles such as Sales Advisors and Consultants, Customer Service Advisors, Call Centre and Telesales Agents, Receptionists and IT Specialists.

If you weren't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?

A property developer. I have wanted to do this with my brother since we were children.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Fast-paced, hardworking and successful.

​​What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

I love films and there are countless quotes I enjoy, however in this instance I am going to follow with the sales theme. " Show me the money" from Jerry Maguire embodies the passion people can have in this sector.

Lastly, when you're not in work, where can we find you?

At golf, spending time with family/friends or walking the dog.
