Firstly​​, how long have you been with Service Care?

7 years.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

Day to day I manage a team of seven highly experienced individuals to place over 150 contractors across a multitude of clients nationwide along side developing a long term strategic plan for the teams I oversee. I am also the main account manager/director for a number a major private and public sector clients for the business, as well as assisting with tenders, audits and company wide decision making.

If you wasn't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?

A bodybuilder... maybe.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Inclusive, family-orientated and supportive.

​What is your favourite quote/best piece of advice you've ever been given?

"Life is like a box of chocolates."

If it's in the morning you'll find me in the gym and then I'm out on walks or city exploring across the UK.
