Firstly, give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I started at Bowker BMW as a 15-year-old just doing 4 hours on a Saturday then worked my way up to becoming a full time employee. I ended up staying there for 8 years in the valeting department, enjoyed most of it, built great friendships in there and understood the role very well.

And what roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I work in the Substance Misuse team placing roles and candidates in Bristol, Bournemouth and Somerset areas.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Helpful, driven and determined.

What is your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

Don't be bitter is a quote I like, and the best advice is "live your life to the fullest".
