I started in March 2023.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

I am currently training but will eventually be looking to become the 360 involved with developing new business opportunities throughout the Scotland region within Social Care.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I started a role in recruitment a year ago after coming from an HR role within BAE. I kind of fell into recruitment with no background experience in it and have grown to really enjoy the role and the people I work with.

If you weren't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?
