Firstly​​, how long have you been with Service Care?

Nearly 12 months, but I have worked with the agency before.

​What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I recruit for Registered Mental Health Nurses and Mental Healthcare Assistants to work on an ad hoc shift basis across the Midlands and South Wales.

​Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

After graduating I completed the Enterprise Rent-a-car graduate management scheme. I then worked at Service Care Solutions on the Mental Health team, and after a short break working in recruitment in Manchester I have returned to Service Care Solutions.

If you wasn't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?

I would probably still be trying to find a job I enjoyed as much in Manchester.

Flexible, welcoming and busy.
