Job description: I am currently recruiting for a 3x Community Alarm Service Officer's based in South West London. You will be working 36 hours a week and the shift patterns for the service are generally 12hr shifts (07.30 to 19.30 and 19.30-07.30)

The main purpose of this role is to work as part of the Tenant Management Organisation's (TMO) 24-hour Community Alarm Service (CAS) to provide emergency monitoring and visiting services for elderly and other vulnerable clients in the community. This is a 24/7 all year round Careline Monitoring Service.

Some of your duties will include :

*Carry out planned and emergency visiting to clients and provide assistance including ensuring that emergency services are called where necessary and that clients homes are left secure
*To take emergency calls when a resident pulls their community alarm, assess the situation and take the appropriate action
*To liaise with sheltered housing wardens regarding schemes
*To install and demonstrate equipment in clients homes and complete necessary paperwork

It would be beneficial to have Careline / Carelink / Lifeline experience, however this is not beneficial. The ideal candidate will come from a sheltered housing background, have experience of working in elderly housing schemes, and have administration experience.

You must have an Enhanced DBS.
