Job description: Accommodation Assistant - Isle of Wight

Temp Contract - 20 Hours Per week

Monday to Friday 10.00am to 14:00 pm

What are the duties in this role?

* The candidate will be meeting & greeting visitors, must have excellent communications skills both face to face and over the telephone.
* Will be updating spreadsheets and databases, sending emails.

Volume of work:

* Large workload amongst the team, fast paced, must be able to multi task

Essential criteria:
* Must be well presented, will be meeting & greeting visitors/residents, taking payments, dealing with maintenance queries.
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be able to multi tasked, not easily panicked
* Must be flexible, to assist others members of the team as required
* Team player - small team - support each other
* Good co-ordinator

How computer literate should they be?
* Intermediate level of Microsoft systems, Office, Excel etc.
* Training will be provided on Sovereign systems

Essential Experience:
* The candidate must have excellent administration skills/experience together with customer service experience.

Desirable criteria:
* Maintenance experience. Challenges in this role:
* Volume of work, prioritisation
