Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a rapidly growing start-up sales company who are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join the expanding sales team and support the growth of the company through their unique and exciting sales strategy.
ROLE: Sales Consultant
LOCATION: Bournemouth
PAY RATE: £22,000 OTE £35,000 - £45,000
The Role
The Sales Consultant will look after existing customers and book meetings with potential clients on their behalf. Managing your customers, their expectations and building rapport is essential. You will aim to fill your diary with a few customers and will be calling out on their behalf, this is where the resilience comes in as you will be making a large volume of calls to secure meetings for your clients. If you achieve your daily targets by 1pm, you have the option of going home for the day and finishing early. The role is a busy one where you need to always have your customers at mind but is also a very rewarding one. There is huge opportunity for development that comes with this role, the business is looking for the successful candidate to come in, perform and then within 12months be promoted to the Accounts Director. This is so unique and is literally a once in a lifetime opportunity because of where this business is. You can come in, learn what to do, prove what you can do then be promoted in a such a short space of time.
About you
This job is ideal for those who have some telesales experience, although not essential if you have the right attitude. The most important thing is having the willingness to call out. Everything you need to know and help you will be taught, there is a robust training plan in place, you just need to have a strong drive, resilience, and willingness to pick up that phone. This role can be tough, but the rewards are there both financially and via progression, it's all about application.
