Job description: Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Management Accountant to work a temporary contract in Newbury.

Role is Monday to Friday 9-5

Pay- £25.90Ltd

To provide a full management accounting support service to the Development and Commercial Team. Ensure accurate and timely management information is provided to the relevant customers. Preparation of high quality ad-hoc analysis as and when required.

Preparation of monthly journals.
Reconciliation of handovers and completion statements to Sequel (development reporting system).
Preparing monthly management accounts packs to include insightful supporting analysis and commentaries.
Participating in monthly forecast review meetings for unit handovers, cash flow and sales.
Preparing cost centre variance analysis.
Supporting budget holders in the production of annual budgets.
Preparing ad-hoc analysis as required by the Senior Management Accountant or the business.
Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to corporate objectives.
Observe and comply with policies and procedures and observe and continually promote equality and inclusion and customer care in compliance with organisational aims and objectives.
Continuously seek realistic ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in your role, to help the department, achieve its goals.
Participate in learning and development activities that develop personal effectiveness and assist in improving performance in the role.
Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and in order to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
