Job description: My Client West Sussex Council are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team at the Fire Department in Chichester.
The Service Delivery Centre will be a dedicated resource to help support response teams with a broad range of crewing, resourcing and administrative challenges. The team will act as a conduit between the response management teams and other key departments such as Prevention, Protection, Training Development & Assurance and People Support.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying any deficiencies in crewing and resourcing those deficiencies to ensure the Service maintains the required crewing levels. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the Incident Command Officer rota is covered appropriately.

What is needed for this role:
*Previous admin experience
*Ability to prioritise work, organise workload and meet deadlines
* Ability to work confidently with senior managers in a high-profile environment
*Able to work in a fast paced, open office environment
*Able to demonstrate problem solving and team building capabilities

Pay Rates - £10.14 p/h
Contract Temp Role - 12 Months initially - potential for permanent
Start Date - ASAP
