Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a Administration Clerk for a vacancy which has become available in Portishead, near Bristol.

The main responsibilities of this role are:
To deal with all correspondence and prepare routine replies as appropriate.
To provide clerical and administrative support to Unit personnel.
To deal with internal and external callers, answering and raising queries as necessary.
To give basic advice in relation to ongoing sponsorship initiatives and Trust matters.
To be responsible for the issue of receipts for donations to the Trust, the completion of the paying in books and the
banking of such donations.
To maintain accurate statistics and records in relation to ongoing initiatives, producing spreadsheets where
necessary.
To attend meetings, produce minutes and ensure that consequent actions are followed up.

This is a police-based role, so applicants will be subject to police security checks.
It is advised that applicants have a clean DBS/CRB within the last 3 years.
