Job description: Service Care Solutions are seeking a Part-Time (14 hours per week) Administration Co-ordinator based in Portishead.

Primarily, duties will involve maintaining data using excel and resource database, some note taking during meetings, supporting the day to day working of the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme and general support to the team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Regular communication with partners and internal stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.

* Maintain accurate records and undertake necessary research to provide management information and data as and when required.

* Use of a range of the organisations IT systems to undertake tasks as required.

* Support the administration of the victim satisfaction survey framework.

* Support the promotion of Improvement priorities throughout the organisation, disseminating best practice and establishing good working relationships internally and externally.

* Support key department specialist administrative and coordination functions such as the victim survey, volunteer and engagement schemes, HMIC inspection fieldwork, and monitoring of recommendations.

* Support close internal and external stakeholder working and communication to maintain good working relationships i.e. written/verbal communication and attending meetings as required.

* Provide additional support services as required to meet the needs of the Improvement Department.

The post holder must:

* be able to demonstrate a track record of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.

* have good written and oral communication skills, ideally in relation to providing support and advice at all levels.

* have demonstrable ability to manage and prioritise multiple pieces of work and competing demands.

* must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.

* will have good interpersonal skills, with experience of dealing with a wide variety of customers and ideally will have experience of working in a confidential environment with an understanding of the principles of data protection.

This is a police-based role, so applicants will be subject to police security checks.

It is advised that applicants have a clean DBS/CRB within the last 3 years.

It would be an advantage to have worked in the public sector previously.
