Job description: Administrative Assistant needed for Bracknell Forest Council, £10.10 ltd an hour

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 3 months (chance of extension)
Hours per week - 37
Pay rate - £10.10 ltd an hour

What is required?
*Previous experience within administration
*To be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality and accuracy of data on the
*Department's computerised information system and to report any errors to the appropriate team
*member or key stakeholders.
*To be responsible for providing statistics for legislative and departmental requirements, which
*monitor team performance.
*To report any concerns or irregularities regarding recording of events or duty matters to staff
*members or the Business Services Manager where necessary.
*To assist in the co-ordination and processing of invoices, timesheets and expenses claims.
*To assist in the recording of sickness, annual leave, and time off in lieu, for members of the team under
*direction of the Business Services Manager.
*To be responsible for incoming and outgoing post, to sort and distribute.
*To ensure the office space is effectively used, stationery stocks are maintained, equipment is
*functioning, and repairs are reported.
*To ensure Health and Safety checks are regularly carried out in conjunction with the Business Services
*Manager.
*To maintain office resources and records as appropriate.
*To assist and support Business Services Manager in induction programmes for all new staff
