Job description: Part Time Customer and Business Support Officer needed for Slough Borough Council, £10.82 ltd an hour

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 3 months (chance of extension)
Hours per week - 28 (times flexible)
Pay rate - £10.82 ltd an hour

Job Description
*To source local offers from businesses and services that can be featured on the App
*To liaise with businesses in ensuring current offers are live, valid and attractive
*To manage the database of users of the App and develop direct marketing campaign opportunities
*To maintain and update the App and microsite
*To develop a newsletter for users
*To support the Town Centre Manager in setting up a Food and Beverage Forum which enables networking and liaising with Town Centre partners
*To be aware of links to the Slough APP, of activities, events and partnership initiatives that support the vibrancy of the town centre and promote them on the App.
*To report on usage and statistics that come from the App and microsite
*To undertake any other duties agreed with manager which links to town centre vibrancy programme.

Experience Required
*Experience of working in an administrative role
*Experience in telephone customer care working
*Educated to GCSE or equivalent level with a good level of numeracy and literacy
*NVQ Business Administration Level 3, BTEC or equivalent
