Job Description

Administrator needed with Southampton City Council

Start Date- ASAP

Contract End date- initially 3 months (potential to be extended)

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £12.99 ltd an hour

Location - Southampton

Description

  • Data input and extraction
  • Input of client information into Client Management System
  • Use of online self-service systems
  • Action of work request in email account
  • Use of all Microsoft packages including 'Microsoft Teams'
  • Update and maintenance of excel spreadsheets

What is required?

  • GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
  • Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Packages
  • Previous experience as an Administrator
