Job Description

Administrator needed with Portsmouth City Council

Start Date- ASAP
Location - Portsmouth
Duration - initially 3 months
Hours per week - 37 hours per week
Salary - £11.64 ltd an hour

Description:

  • Organising reports and minute taking complex meetings
  • Entering data into service information and caseload systems to ensure accurate records are kept
  • Administering the collection and presentation of service performance information
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, ensuring service user's informations is protected

    What is required?
  • Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Good understanding of GDPR
