Job description: The right person will give admin support to a team of social workers in our front line services.
This is a busy area, the person will need to be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on their own initiatives.
There is a lot of inputting into Greenwich in house system, running reports, updating spread sheets and keeping track of timescales.
Person should also be able to take minutes at short notices.
Also general administrative skills, such as answering the phones, making calls, uploading documents, scanning, photocopying. Dealing with invoices, creating purchase orders.
The person we require will need to be well organised and know how to prioritize their work an Excellent team player and is approachable.

The role is for 4 months with a strong possibility for extension.
