Job description: Calling all admins in Nottingham. One of our lead clients is looking for experienced admins to work alongside our team of managers.

Do you have a keen eye for detail and operate efficiently both autonomously and in a team? We are looking for a hardworking individual available to work in a variety of admin roles located in Nottingham. Candidates will handle sensitive information, working to deadlines. Candidates should also be comfortable with extensive use of the phone and email services in order to keep the workplace running smoothly.

Pay: £10.20 Limited an hour
Hours: 25 Hours
Time frame: 4-6 weeks ongoing' estimate.
Location: Nottingham

Main duties & Responsibilities
*Be responsible for all aspects of petty cash, ensuring that procedures and systems are in place to safeguard finances.
*Auditing requirements.
*To be provide reliable and accurate information that is recorded on standard reporting tools.
*Be in charge of the units purchase ledger.
*Manage the payment request system.
*Establish and monitor timely, efficient and organised administrate duties.
*Process the timesheets and also be in charge of payroll return.
*Income maintenance. Using specific systems
*Oversee the recruitment process/maintenance of staff records.
*Follow IT policies and procedures
*Attend administrator's meetings and identified
*Any other reasonable duties requested by the service manager.
