Job description: An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and motivated individual to join the friendly and helpful administration team within an NHS service in Oxford. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time keeping skills, and will be comfortable working both as part of a team, and also working individually.

Job Title - Administrative Assistant
Location - Oxford
Hours - 5 days a week, 37.5 hours
Contract - 3 Months Ongoing.

Key skills required:

*Microsoft Office Experience
*Data Inputting
*Excellent Telephone Manner
*Meeting arrangements for senior staff
*Taking phone calls
*Other general ad hoc administrative duties
*Working with excel spreadsheets, includes data entry
*Reviewing annual stock take
*Auditing and updating key systems
*Pre-dominantly spreadsheet based
*Project admin work
