Job description: I am currently recruiting for a field operations administrator to work in North London.

This role requires candidates to have a DBS dated within the last 3 years to be considered for the role.

The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative, data and information support to my clients operations team. This includes supporting the administration and co-ordination of the delivery of accredited programmes.

The post holder will be responsible for database and record management for programmes and will be required to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

Obtaining, checking and processing information relating to accredited programme work.

Organising sufficient programmes with managers to meet demand, by helping prepare schedules and attendance registers.

Work with CRC systems to ensure all service users are allocated to the correct area and to notify colleagues of allocation and record this on relevant systems.

Candidates who have experience with NDelius and Oasys would be beneficial but not essential.

Essential Experience:

Experience of working an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems

Experience in administration, specifically data input/data cleansing

Experience of utilising databases, inputting retrieving information as appropriate

Delivering excellent customer service through telephone contact

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in MS Office skills, MS Excel in particular (intermediate to advanced level) and experience of using such skills in a busy office environment

Ability to work methodically and accurately

Ability to organise time and work flexibly, whilst under pressure to meet deadlines

The ability to work independently and be an effective member of a team, using own initiative
