Job description: I am currently recruiting for an administrator to work in Bromley.

This role requires candidates to have an enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last three years, if applying candidates do not have this, you will not be considered for the role.

* Full time role Monday Friday.

Responsibilities include

- supporting the Office Manager
- Auditing equipment held/issues and training status (including telephones, solo protect, keys and fobs, pedestal keys, office inductions, ID badges, visitor badges)
- Supporting office clear outs - coordination and delivery on the day as part of a team
- Supporting delivery of Health and Safety actions as directed by Office Manager
- Organising and minuting health and safety meetings as directed by Office Manager
- Supporting Office Manager to dip sample work of the CSOs
- Ordering equipment as requested by Office Manager
- Helping to review, implement and monitor processes to support effective running of offices:
- Stationary purchasing
- Building faults and issues
- Health and safety
- Office inductions
