Job description: I am currently recruiting for an administrator to work in Slough.

This role is to cover the gap between a permanent member of staff starting, and also requires applying candidates to have an enhanced DBS dated within the last 3 years.

The Role:

Known within my clients business as an Operations Support Assistant, you will be responsible for undertaking various administration duties on their bespoke systems, to support the work of their Offender Managers, as well as greeting all visitors at Reception, arranging appointments, managing diaries, booking meeting rooms, processing all incoming and outgoing post & answering the phone; directing phone calls within the office.


The Individual

* Someone with great organisation and prioritising skills to enable skilled and effective management of workload.

* Evidence of your ability to manage your own time effectively and some administrative experience in a previous role.

* Ideally you'll have had experience of liaising effectively with a wide variety of external and internal stakeholders whilst understanding the need for confidentiality, especially within our sector.

* Ability to demonstrate use of IT systems and databases at interview as this will form a major part of the role.

The Hours

In this full time temporary role, your hours would be 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on a Friday. You will also be expected to work one late night until 8pm per week.
