Job description: Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an ESC Administrator to work in the Cheshire area within the Council.

The role will involve working through scripted scenarios within a system test environment. Considerable payroll knowledge and experience is required in order to understand the system outputs.

Job Role
To undertake a comprehensive range of specialised administrative and technical activities relating to employees contractual terms and conditions and pay, within agreed timescales according to defined procedures in order to ensure delivery of an efficient and effective service.

Pay
£11.05Ltd an hour

Experience:
*Significant experience of using PC's as part of normal working duties
*Record of achievement in meeting deadlines under pressure
*Able to demonstrate good customer care practice
*Able to work on own initiative
*Experience of working in a personnel or Payroll environment
*Working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures operating within the ESC.

Responsibilities
Undertake specialised administrative and technical processes and procedures which require interpretation and judgement in order to ensure that employees are correctly contracted within agreed policies and defined procedures and paid accurately and in accordance with agreed schedules and statutory requirements.

Respond to non-routine and complex enquiries from a wide range of contacts using discretion and judgement in forming responses so that advice on the area of work dealt with by the Employee Service Centre is consistently given in accordance with agreed policies and statutory legislation and within defined procedures.
