Job description: Looking for a new role? Want to work for the NHS?

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Grade: Admin Band 2, for an Admin Assistant
Hours: Mon-Fri- 0900-1700
Start date: ASAP

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Ensure good customer service dealing with queries from service users, carers or staff in person or on the telephone. Take accurate messages and ensure these are passed onto the appropriate person.
Be the first point of contact for callers accessing healthcare services via the Hub.
Deal with calls from a range of health and social personnel including hospitals, nursing homes.
Carry out any office duties, such as photocopying;
Prepare new information packs when required and monitor supplies of CPFT leaflets to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
