Job description: Service Care Construction are currently recruiting for an admin to work within a large commercial business. This is a full time, long term role working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have a enthusiastic nature and be able to communicate with the people they come into contact with.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Provide administrative support during office hours and assist in operational continuity and dissemination for enquiries by Client and others.
* Maintain accurate event documentation.
* Monitor and manage spreadsheets for specific work-stream processes.
* Provide support with Compensation and Claim Events
* Administrative functions relating to the commercial change database and the purchase ledger.
* Preparation of quotations for issue to the Client.

NATURE AND SCOPE
Carry out administration tasks and attending meetings to take minutes.

EXPERIENCE
The job requires experience of administration in a Business environment.
Previous experience in a Commercial department is an advantage.

* Diplomatic, discrete and confident
* Be flexible in their approach
* Be a good communicator, able to liaise with senior management, client and contractor managers

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs minimum Grade C or higher (including English and Maths)
* Fluent with Microsoft Office: Excel essential, Access preferred.
