Job description: Job Title: Administration Assistant
Work and Interview Location: Bristol, BS34
Contract Type: ongoing until April 2019
Weekly Hours: 37 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 08:30am - 05:00pm
Possible Interview Dates: To be confirmed
Start Date: ASAP (Candidates must be available immediately)

A new opportunity has become available for an Administrator. You will be responsible for accurately processing purchase orders, requisitions and payments, updating and managing database systems, coordinating and arranging meetings and assisting with other duties as required, while ensuring that all standards are met and policies and procedures are followed.

Applicants must have strong administrative experience gained within a busy office environment and be highly organised with the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritise effectively and manage a busy workload, often to tight deadlines. Excellent IT, team working and customer service skills are essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to support the team and resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
