Job description: Job Title: Administration Assistant
Work and Interview Location: Maidstone (ME15)
Contract Type: 3 months - Potentially extended
Weekly Hours: 37 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 09:00am - 05:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

A new opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to work with a client based in Maidstone.

Essential Criteria:
*Computer literate and ability to maintain computerised database systems
*Good Excel and Word skills
*Ability to prioritise workload
*Able to work on own initiative
*Good attention to detail
*Proven administrative experience
*Experience of working in a busy environment and meeting deadlines.
*Experience of working with databases, spreadsheets and other electronic records
*Customer focused
*Driven and enthusiasm to adapt to change
*Ability to work as part of a team
