Job description: Service Care Solutions have a fantastic new opportunity for an Administrator based in Nottinghamshire.

The role is based at a Substance Misuse Recovery Service in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and is initially on a 4-week temporary contract, due to commence ASAP.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Pay rate: £11ph (Ltd)

Main Duties: The main duties of the Administrator include:
*Providing a welcoming reception service
*Responding to telephone calls and emails from service users, outside agencies and staff and answering any queries
*Collating and monitoring data efficiently
*Taking minutes at team meetings
*Corresponding with the finance department regarding invoices
*Monitoring and ordering office supplies

Person Specification: The applicant must have previous experience in a similar position.
