Job description: Day to day duties:

*Communicating with internal staff, members of the public and external inquirers. This can be through many means of communication such as by email, letter or over the phone
*Providing general office support; ordering stationary, document management, arranging meeting, faxing, photocopying, etc.
*Dealing with incoming call, taking messages and passing these along to the right person.

The right candidate must:
*Have a working Knowledge of Microsoft office applications, be able to maintain and organise spreadsheets.
*Have numeracy skills to carry out simple statistical and financial calculations.
*Literacy skills to successfully compose letters and emails
*Be able to organise and prioritise their workload.
*Have good interpersonal skills.
