Job description: Adult senior practitioner social worker, Bracknell Forest Council

In this role, you will be required to work 35 hours per week on an initial 3 month contract with a strong possibility of extension.
The hourly rate can be up to £34+p/h per hour dependable on experience.
The role is based with the CMHT Older adult team

In your role you will;
*Complete assessment under the Care Act
*Oversee duty
*Work on complex cases
*Supervise staff
Your Essential Adult Social Worker role requires:

*HCPC registration
*Minimum of 4 years post qualified experience
*Adult Social Care
*Duty & front door experience
