Job description: We require a Social Worker for an initial 3 month contract within the Adult placement Review Team based in Nottingham. Candidates will require prior experience within Adult Services and be able to hit the ground running.

The role pays £23.50, with candidates working a 37 hour week.

This team carry out planned and unplanned reviews of established adult social care placements in residential and nursing homes.

Additional work resulting from those reviews including system processes for finance, facilitating alternative accommodation for citizens in other care settings or in their own homes.

* Court of Protection work in relation to citizen challenges of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard (DOLS) restrictions.

* Producing various documents for the Court including mental capacity assessments, best interest.
