Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for A Passionate Adult Support worker based at Seelys Short Break Service for Buckinghamshire Council.



Job Purpose:

To support vulnerable adults with complex needs in a person centred, dignified and CQC statutory compliant way. To provide rostered support to users across 7 days a week 24 hours a day.


Main Responsibilities and Duties:

*To ensure safe, CQC compliant , and needs-led services are provided
*To contribute towards service improvement and the sharing of good practice
*To ensure support plans and records are CQC compliant ( up-to-date, complete and accurate, involving clients, families and carers)a
*To take responsibility for own learning and applying that learning to improve services
*To respect the dignity and confidentiality of clients and their families/carers.
To deputise for Team Leader as and when required.

Qualifications Needed:
-Ability to complete Care Certificate and apply learning on the ground
-Relevant NVQ/QCF qualification or the ability and willingness to study for one

Other Requirements :

*Driving License
*This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (as amended). Due to the nature of the role and tasks, you will be expected to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring check as part of the recruitment process
