Job description: Service Care solutions are looking for an Experienced Social worker to Join Buckinghamshire Council to help/Support Newly Qualified Social workers change the lives of Children and young people in an ASYE Academy, based in Aylesbury!

**£250 Bonus for anyone placed in this role via Service Care Solutions**
Purpose of the Role:
Provide reflective supervision, mentoring and practice development for NQSW's on the ASYE programme. Undertake direct observations of practice and complete the ongoing Record of Support and Progressive Assessment.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
*Reflective supervision on 1:1 and group basis
*Work alongside the PSW, Advanced Practitioners and Workforce Development Manager to provide peer support and action learning sets
*Undertake observations of practice of NQSW's on the ASYE programme
*Participate in initial and review meetings (3, 6 12 months)
*Complete ASYE documentation
*Work closely with NQSW line managers to ensure the record of support and progressive assessment is complete for each social worker leading to the final holistic assessment and recommendation

Qualifications Needed to apply for this Role
-Registered with HCPC
-Practice Educator Qualification to level 2 (eg Practice Teacher Award or PEPS 2)
-Degree in social work (CQSW / DipSW) or equivalent
-At least 3 years post qualifying experience


Salary - Scale 8 up to £44,007
Hours - 37 per Week
