Job description: Service care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Qualified Advanced Practitioner in Bedford, to work in a Children's Assessment Team.

In this role you will need too

To carry a workload requiring exemplary practice in situations of high complexity,

exercising a degree of autonomy.

Regular supervision will be in accordance with the departmental supervision policy.

If required, to provide direct supervision to staff as directed by the Team Manager.

To coach/mentor less experienced team members.

To work within relevant current legislation and the procedural framework of

Bedford Borough Council (the Council).

To work collaboratively with service users and their families to assess their needs

and plan and deliver services in accordance with the social work team's service

area.

For this position, you must have -
*A degree or masters in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)
*HCPC registration

It is desirable that you have 1+ years post qualifying experience within Children's Services as Social Worker. Experience within a Mash Team or Referral and assessment is a distinct advantage .

You will need to be efficient, capable and able to work within a changing and demanding/pressured environment.
