Job description: Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP), Central London

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP), in Hammersmith and Fulham.

This is a Full Time role to start ASAP.

The contract is initially 3 months and there is a chance of extension after that!

The pay rate is negotiable and depending on experience.

The manager is keen to interview an Approved Mental Health Professional immediately so please do not hesitate to apply!

*DipSW, CQSW or equivalent recognised Social Work Qualification, with significant experience as an Approved Mental Health Professional
*A minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience of which 1 year must be in a multi-disciplinary team.

As an AMHP/Senior Social Worker, you will:
*Ensure key tasks and priorities set within national and local strategies are prioritised and implemented by staff supervised.
*Ensure that staff operate an integrated service between the Mental Health Trust and Social Services through the shared management of risk and the operation of shared policies.
*Work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to provide high quality and cost effective services for service users and carers.
*Ensure that service users and carers are involved and consulted in the design and development of services. To ensure that service users and carers receive services appropriate to individual needs.
