Job description: Job Title: Asset Control Administrator x 2
Location: Ashford and Maidstone
Pay Rate: £19,000 - £21,000 Per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 35 (Monday to Friday)
Role Profile:
We are looking for someone to deliver a quality, customer focused, comprehensive and coordinated service acting as first point of contact for colleagues, residents and contractors for any safety risks in customer's homes. There are 2 vacancies available - one will be to focus on electrical and water risks, and one to focus on Fire and Asbestos risks.

Electrical and water experience required -
*Raise orders to produce new EICR's following a fire
*Review all EICRs with recommended C2 and C3 works
*Track progress of all WIPs that stem from remedial works
*Monitor water and electrical inbox and deal with any queries
*Review quality of documented EICRs and challenge as necessary
*Process invoices for EICR audits and consultancy
*Ensure KPI for electrical certification for communal areas is 100%
*Maintain and monitor electrical Compliance tracker and liaise with asset management and reinvestment re replacement of electrics
*Assist colleagues as necessary in finding/ forwarding EICRs and other electrical certs as requested
Fire and Asbestos experience required -
*Ensure that all actions identified in FRA's are carried out within the risk based timescale
*Daily chase to all FRA action owners to remind them of what actions are outstanding
*Ensure FRA's are carried out within 2 weeks of a fire incident reported via incident reporting system (H and S team own system)
*Keep H & S team up to date on actions deriving from incident reporting system
*Manage the e-mails that come in to the FRA inbox
*Reallocate misallocated actions on keystone that stem from the FRA
*Monitor WIP with designated contractor for day to day fire works
*Meet and work with M & S Fire admin to discuss WIP for fire components subject to servicing
*Compile a schedule for 10% auditing of the Asbestos surveyors work
*Ensure the Asbestos Register is kept up to date by weekly data reconciliation checks
*Manage Asbestos e-mail inbox
*Book rooms for quarterly fire and asbestos team meetings and take minutes
Candidate Experience:
*The ideal Candidate will have experience of working in a customer focused environment with strong commitment for customer care and will be confident when using information technology to administer performance and produce reports for Senior Managers and Professionals.
*You will be able to comprehend legislative updates and adapt processes accordingly, and are keen to learn and continuously develop, keeping calm under pressures.
