Job description: Dudley MBC are currently recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for an Adults Assistant Team Manager position within a Disability service.

you'll be required to provide professional leadership to a team of social workers and others to ensure that the service provided is effective and is delivering positive outcomes.
To lead, develop behaviour and practice of team members and others to ensure high quality and effective social work practice.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Social work degree, or equivalent
*HCPC registered
*4 years post qualification experience
*Be able to demonstrate experience in providing supervision for social workers and an ability to model good practice and reflective supervision skills.
* Have an up to date DBS
