Job description: Cardiff Council are looking for an experienced manager to join the Personal Advisor Team, to manage the team of support workers providing a service to care leavers under the auspices of the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Well Being Wales Act 2014. This is a temporary, full time position lasting for 12 weeks with an immediate start available and rates of up to £32 per hour available!

The requirements and qualifications are:
*Social work degree, or equivalent
*HCPC or Social Care Wales registered
*Previous experience of working within working with care leavers
*Previous managerial/supervisory experience
*Previous experience of managing social workers
*Full UK driving license
