Job description: We are currently looking for an Assistant Team Manager to join the Mental Health Team in the Wandsworth Borough, South West London.

The job contract length is a 12 week temporary contract in the Civic Centre in Wandsworth, working from Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week, starting at 09:00 and ending at 17:00.

Pay Rate up to £38 ltd per hour

Desired start date would be 31st of July 2018.

About you:
-Excellent communications skills with staff, wider partners, senior managers and third sector organisations.
-Professionals and approachable to staff and partners.
-A proven ability to make informed management decisions for individuals and the wider team to get the best outcomes.

About the role:
-At times acting as Senior Duty Officer on rota
-Will be responsible for the supervision of Qualified Social Workers
-Be an integral part of the management team
-Ensure quality control within the workplace
