Job description: Receptionist/Office Clerk - NHS
Location - Kings Lynn
Pay - £9.63 per hour LTD
Hours - 22.5 hours per week
Start Date - ASAP - 3 month contract, potentially longer.
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Receptionist team within an NHS service situated in Kings Lynn. The successful applicant must possess excellent customer service skills, and be confident with dealing with customer queries. Applicants should have great organisation skills and be able to work in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
*Cover a busy Reception Answering telephone
*Directing calls
*Greeting visitors and checking ID
*Using radio to call security
*Coordinating emergency response calls to emergency services when required.
*Basic Microsoft knowledge required.
