Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic and committed Administrators to work in our admin team within in an NHS establishment in Borehamwood and also in St Albans

The support administrator's main responsibility will be to the team administrators, providing admin assistance to Clinicians, team manager and consultant in a very busy team. Knowledge of NHS admin systems and ability to use SystmOne would be useful.

This is an interesting and varied role and you will be well supported in this. The main duties for both roles are as follows:

*To provide an accurate, prompt and efficient administrative support to the team
*To maintain an effective filing system allowing easy document retrieval.
*Audio Typing
*Copy Typing
*Report/letter writing
*To ensure agendas and papers are distributed to delegates within required timeframes for meetings
*To produce and maintain spreadsheets
*To support in the pulling of records from electronic patient records system
*Reception cover as required
*Other general ad hoc administrative duties
Person Specification:
*RSA 3 Word Processing Qualification
*Confident phone manner
*Previous Administrative experience
*Extensive Microsoft Office experience
*Excellent time keeping skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Intermediate skills of data inputting and audio typing
