Job description: An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and motivated individual to join the friendly and helpful administration team within an NHS service in Norwich. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time keeping skills, and will be comfortable working both as part of a team, and also working individually.
The successful candidate will be part of the wellbeing team, and will be receiving referrals via an online platform, via email and via telephone. The successful candidate will be required to process these referrals.

*Audio Typing
*Copy Typing
*Dealing with Visitors
*Booking Rooms
*Other general ad hoc administrative duties
Person Specification:
*Confident phone manner
*Previous administrative experience
*Microsoft Office experience
*Excellent time keeping skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Intermediate skills of data inputting and audio typing
