Job description: An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and motivated individual to join the friendly and helpful administration team within an NHS service in Norwich. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time keeping skills, and will be comfortable working both as part of a team, and also working individually. Duties will be quite broad in terms of their scope, and key responsibilities will include:
* Taking phone calls
* Booking Rooms
* Photocopying
* Other general ad hoc administrative duties
Person Specification:
* Confident phone manner
* Previous receptionist experience
* Microsoft Office experience
* Excellent time keeping skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Intermediate skills of data inputting and audio typing
