Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse

Job description: Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to Work in Salford. The role is based in an integrated specialist team which serves the local community and offers a range of therapeutic interventions and treatments for adults over the age of 16 with severe and enduring mental health issues. The role is for 3 months on going full time (Monday to Friday) temporary block booking contract within the NHS.


Band 6 Pay-£22.00 to £23.00Ltd an hour

Responsibilities:
* To perform general and risk assessments in diagnosing and treating complex mental health issues.
* Assess clients provide interventions which reduce the risk to self, others and of hospital admission.
* Ability to drive throughout the Salford Area area
* To work effectively as part of a MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) and liaise with other mental healthcare professionals.

Person Specification:
* Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
* An Ideal candidate would have experience of working within a CMHT.
* Experience of working in the NHS is mandatory
