Job description: Service Care Health are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work at Wigan Wheelchair Service in Wigan for the Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust. Even though the role is Band 6, pay up to a Band 8a will be considered - meaning the hourly rate will be between £25- £35 p/h (ltd).

The role is as a Wheelchair Therapist, so experience in Wheelchair Therapy and Assessment is essential for the role.

About the role:
-You will provide training to users/carers in wheelchair/equipment usage.
-Ability to adjust wheelchairs and manipulate a variety of tools expertly in order to do so.
-You must have a working knowledge of NHS wheelchairs and how to use them. e.g. folding, removing footrests etc.

If you start working for us within 4 weeks, we will pay you £150 for free on top of your first wage.
