Job description: Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.To ensure the vision, purpose and objectives of the Services are embedded in the service plans, objectives, job plans and staff appraisals
2.To lead in the development of Primary Care Home and At Home First across Luton.
3.To lead forecasting, planning, reviewing and reporting on financial, performance and quality assurance plans for all services within the remit of this post
4.To be responsible for the services ensuring their quality, performance, productivity, financial and contracting requirements are met.
5.Provide leadership and direction to staff teams and individually, that is consistent with the Trust values and promotes the ambition of the community unit.
6.Promote a leadership style that acknowledges staff contribution and enhances motivation and development at all levels
7.Contribute to the management of the unit through effective collaboration with peers and partners within the local health, social care and voluntary services.

Candidate Profile:
1.Have a Masters level qualification in a related field or equivalent.
2.Management Qualification or equivalent experience
3.Extensive experience of successfully managing in the Healthcare Sector at a Senior manager level
4.Experience of successfully leading complex services and developing relationships with stakeholders
5.Experience of managing highly complex HR and financial management, performance and quality issues
6.Successfully leading team of multidisciplinary and multi professional staff.
7.Ability to travel across the Trust sometimes at short notice
8.Flexibility to work over seven days per week, to support the delivery of a 24hr service.

The role is a full-time position which involves working 37.5 hours per week and this must be flexible over 7 days per week. The annual salary for the role ranges from £56,000 to £69,000 per annum which is dependent on experience.
