Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 3 months (chance of extension)
Hours per week - 37
Pay rate - £10.82 ltd an hour

Job Description
To be the first point of contact for customer's enquiries for booking community centres, making full use of computerised booking systems to accurately record customer bookings, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times, whilst assisting the community centres' team in the day to day running of the department

Experience Required
*Experience working in a frontline service in a customer focused role
*Experience of cash handling and invoicing
*Experience of working as administrative support in an office environment
*Experience of providing outstanding customer service and dealing with customer concerns over the phone, email or face to face to a positive conclusion
*Educated to GCSE level with grade C or above in English and Maths or NVQ level 2 or equivalent
