Job description: We are currently looking for a Brokerage Officer to join the Adult Health & Wellbeing team with Tower Hamlets Council!

The contract is a 3 month temporary contract, starting ASAP, working 36 hours over Monday - Friday.


The hourly pay rate for this role is £18 LTD.


About you:

-Previous experience as Brokerage Officer
-Previous experience working in the adults services

About the role:

-To ensure that individual packages of managed care and support are brokered in a timely and effective fashion, and that these packages reflect accurately the requirements of the Support Plan.
-To ensure that all costing and supplier information relating to each individual package of care and support is entered into the relevant Framework fields in a timely and accurate manner
-To respond in a timely and effective way to any required changes to the brokered care and support in response to review outcomes.
